Packing your products is as easy as 1-2-3 with our snap-lock bottom boxes. They are easy to assemble and have a three-step bottom fold that creates a secure lock without the need for glue. These boxes are ideal for slightly heavy products. They can be used as packaging for various items including:

Wide Array of Options for Customization

You can personalize practically everything in your snap-lock bottom boxes from size to design. Customize the dimensions of your boxes according to the following ranges: 0.5" to 20" (length) x 0.5" to 20" (width) x 0.5" to 26" (height). For the material, choose between 18 pt. SBS and 24 pt. SBS. You also have the option to go full color, one color, or no print on your boxes.  

If you want to add more flair to the design of your boxes as well as improve their durability, adding a layer of special coating will do the trick. We have a selection of premium box coating including aqueous coating, glossy UV, matte UV, glossy + matte UV, and soft touch.

What’s your standard production time?
Our standard turnaround time for snap-lock bottom boxes is 8-10 days. Production can be expedited to 4-5 days for an extra charge. 


Yes, you will. In fact, the larger the order, the bigger the discount. Our order calculator can process up to 20,000 orders. If you need more than 20,000 boxes, make sure to contact us to get the lowest possible price for your order. 


Our website has an online 3D design tool that you can use to create your own box design. Aside from the basic tools like cropping or adding background color, you can also insert your logo, artwork, or photos by clicking Add Logo & Images found in the left toolbar. All files that will be uploaded should be in JPEG, PNG, PDF, or AI format. 


Always include your logo, product name, product description, and exact weight or amount of your product on the boxes. These are the important information that your customers need to know. And depending on your product or industry, you may be required to put these details on your packaging. 


If your products are too heavy for other types of boxes, snap-lock bottom boxes are your best choice. They have a three-step bottom fold that can keep your products secured inside. The bottom of the boxes will stay locked even without the use of glue.
